
My new apartment complex holds regular events to foster a sense of community among residents, and promotional products play an integral part of the effectiveness of these events. From imprinted mints at a Final Four party to refrigerator magnets with emergency phone numbers upon moving in, the leasing office frequently publicizes the community around the building. When I was touring the premises before moving in, I was immediately cognizant of the communitywide support because of these cleverly placed promotional products and I am sure that other prospective residents recognize the presence of branded items as well.
